The highest quality of elements are processed and preserved prior to adding the oil.
Each candle varies in design. Naturals are the main focus although, some man-made elements are used. For example, on the red berries and purple grapes the shape is create and the color airbrushed to create the rich reds and deep purples. Also, the butterfly is hand painted feather.
Is it Safe?
Yes, of course they are! Typically it takes 6 months to a year to design new work because of the high standards and design protocol followed. An owners manual is included with each piece to explain to the customer how to use the candles and what type of oil to refill them with. It is recommended that like with any candle not to leave it completely unattended. If tipped or knocked over the oil candle fluid extinguishes the flame. Candle oil is not flammable.
Mechanically the candle will work similar to using an old fashioned lantern. The wick once it is place in the piece will gradually absorb the oil and burn it off.
The candles do not have fragrance. They are odorless, clean burning and non allergenic. Adding fragrance is not recommended. The fragrance oil could strip the color pigmentation and adhere to the threads of the fiberglass wick.
The glass tube and wick come with each piece although they are packaged separate and not in the bottle. The wick is packaged inside of the owners manual.
The wick will not need to be replaced. The wick is made of fiberglass and not cotton. the fiberglass wick will absorb and burn off the oil without the wick burning.
burn time will vary slightly with each design based upon the wick length, number of wicks, flame height and oil amount in the bottle. The candle will burn until the oil is below the wick and then the piece will need to be refilled with more oil in order to start using again. Typically you burn only 1 oz in 4 hours.
The ingredients are preserved before we add the oil to our work, so it will not matter the candle is refilled with oil. The candle will still look nice whenever the oil is added. Remember, the candle must be refilled with only 99% pure paraffin.
Refill only with 99% pure paraffin candle oil. Candle oil is NOT lamp oil. Candle oil will say smokeless and odorless and be clean burning. Candle oil does not burn off black smoke. The candle must be refilled with candle oil and nothing else.

How do I get the wick in the pieces with the glass marble?
The seal is released by heat and should not be placed in a car window. Heat the marble with a hair dryer for about 1 minute and then pull towards you. Caution- the marble area may be hot. If any wax residue remains on the bottle just pull it off while it is still warm.
How do we refill the designs that were sealed with the marble?
A funnel comes with every design that is sealed with a marble to make is easier to refill; however, a funnel does NOT come with the square bottles for the opening is big enough that it is much easier to pour directly into the bottle.
All the pieces are hand poured and the oil fill line may slightly vary. The cylinders should have the oil within 1/2'' from the bottom of the metal lid; whereas, the square bottle is filled just to the shoulders.
When the pieces are placed on a light base they make a gorgeous piece at night, perfect for a Night Light. DO NOT KEEP LIT AT NIGHT.
